CLAIMS, SHORTAGES, INCORRECT GOODS

All goods must be checked in the presence of the driver, and be signed for as correct. Any shortages, or incorrect goods must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery. Our driver cannot accept goods for return without prior authority, and the appropriate documentation. Any unsatisfactory goods must be retained, as delivered , and no split units will be accepted.

MINIMUM DELIVERY

A minimum order of £30, is required, orders below this value maybe delivered, but are subject to a charge. We regret that we are unable to accept orders below the value of £15.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Goods delivered will remain our property until full payment has been received.

PAYMENT

All deliveries are strictly on a cash on delivery basis.

ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS (i.e. £1000/month or more)

Terms of payment are: within 14 days of statement date. Failure to comply with these terms will lead to customers being returned to a cash on delivery basis. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at the cumulative rate of 2% per month.

UNPAID CHEQUES

An administration charge of £10 will be made each time a cheque has to be returned for payment, and future payments will be accepted on a cash only basis.

VAT is payable on items marked with a B on invoices.

UNITS OF SALE

All goods are sold according to units shown - We regret that we cannot split units.
